I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can show up exactly as they are — overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, confused, grieving, or somewhere in between. Therapy is not about perfection or performance; it’s about presence, honesty, and the courage to look inward.
I have over 10 years of experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and relationship challenges that have begun to affect their emotional balance, mental health and sense of self.
My work is grounded in relational connection, trauma-informed practice, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the emotional worlds we carry. I show up with openness, curiosity, and attuned support. Together, we explore your story, your patterns, and the survival strategies that once protected you but may now be limiting your growth.
In our initial sessions, we take the time to explore what’s happening beneath the surface — the patterns, wounds, and stressors that shape your experiences. Healing isn’t linear. It’s a journey of returning to yourself — one insight, one breath, one session at a time.
Many clients begin to feel lighter, more grounded, and more in control as they progress through the process, noticing steady shifts as therapy supports their growth and healing, and moves them from merely coping to true healing.
My practice provides psychotherapy services that support individuals and families across the perinatal and parenting continuum. I work with pregnant persons, individuals seeking to become pregnant, new parents, and families navigating the emotional, relational, and identity-related transitions that accompany pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.
Services address concerns such as perinatal anxiety and depression, pregnancy-related stress, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, adjustment to parenthood, and changes in relationships and family dynamics. I also support parents in strengthening emotional regulation, attachment, communication, and coping skills, recognizing the impact of parental well-being on the family system.
Using a trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based approach, therapy provides a supportive space to process experiences, build resilience, and foster emotional safety within individuals, couples, and families during the perinatal period and beyond.
