Genna Ekambi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher whose work bridges attachment theory, somatics, and mindfulness to foster deep, lasting change. She is passionate about integrating mind–body practices to help people move beyond self-doubt and emotional blocks, cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and authentic connection in their lives.
I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy for individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I support racialized clients in navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and systemic barriers while fostering resilience, attachment, and emotional well-being.
