I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I received my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and hold an Honours Degree from York University in Psychology. Being a first-generation Canadian with Caribbean roots, I am deeply committed to championing the well-being of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) and their communities, aiming to diminish the stigma associated with mental health.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, or lingering past traumas. I am here to support you through these challenges, offering a therapeutic partnership that embraces your cultural context. The focus on perinatal care tailors support for individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Navigating the emotional nuances of this significant life phase, we’ll work together to enhance your emotional well-being, develop coping strategies, and work towards healing and resilience while creating a foundation for a positive and strong family dynamic.
