Tisa is a certifying Birth and Postpartum doula who is dedicated to providing continuous support to families across the GTA. She is a very proud mother of six beautiful children. She considers herself to be a compassionate person who strives to help others navigate through the complexities of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and postpartum.

Her passion for birth work began at the tender age of 19 after her eldest son’s birth. Where a series of unfortunate events unfolded which led her on the path she is now on. Which is empowering families and prepping them with all the right tools for success. A lot of her practices come from her own experiences, educational training and from listening to others birth stories.

When Tisa isn’t attending a birth or working overnight postpartum shifts, she is in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. Her house is filled with laughter, playful banter, persistent chirps from her lovebirds and conure, yapping can be heard from the family Pomeranian; Mochi. She enjoys worship nights held by her church, reading webtoons, soaking up k-dramas and building miniature wooden puzzles and book-nooks.

My role as your doula is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I am committed to respecting your birth preferences and empowering you to make informed decisions. I promise to advocate for not only you but your birth experience where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

I provide in-person prenatal sessions(1-3) leading up to birth and postpartum, where we cover from birth planning, postpartum planning, breastfeeding support, newborn care, baby soothing techniques, overnight support and much more
